Contrary to my desire to slow down, to feel the moment deeply and savor the joy of being alive, I find myself possessed by images, unable to express myself except by restlessly translating fragments of this chaotic world into photographs. The fleeting encounters and farewells experienced in life, as well as the faint passion and love that may exist within me here and now, cannot be verified as truth or illusion. And so today, once again, I live for the next image.
